They had built an incredible reputation over years of quality work, but their strong local brand wasn’t translating into online visibility across the broader Willamette Valley market they served.

Despite being the go-to choice for quality work, potential customers searching online in other cities couldn’t find them. They needed an SEO strategy that would help them get found throughout their entire service area while showcasing the expertise that made them the local leader.

1. Losing Customers to Local Competitors in Other Cities

The Problem: Fitzpatrick’s Albany location meant Google showed local competitors first when people searched in Eugene, Corvallis, and other Willamette Valley cities. Even though they served these areas and did better work, they were invisible to customers searching there.

Our Solution: We created dedicated pages for each city they serve, optimized specifically for local searches in those areas. These pages have already been seen by over 181,000 people and brought 518 new visitors to their website in 2025 alone – customers who may not have found them before.

3. Starting from Zero in a New Market

The Problem: Fitzpatrick was opening a new location in Eugene, Oregon, with zero brand recognition in a city full of established competitors. They needed to quickly build visibility and credibility in this new market.

Our Solution: We optimized their new Google Business Profile and implemented strategies to help them get found by Eugene customers. The results were dramatic: their local visibility grew from just 15 customer interactions in February to 108 in June, with continued growth projected.
